Finding Beauty in Death, Grieving Barbara Part 2

Finding Beauty in Death, Grieving Barbara

Part 2

Grief is a natural process that people go through when they lose someone they love. The loss of a loved one can bring about anger, frustration, and other difficult emotions. And it is important to understand how grief works and find ways to cope with it so that you can move forward with your life.  Sometimes, it can be difficult to cope with what you are feeling at the moment, but turning to God for comfort and giving yourself the space and the permission to feel the emotions will help you go through the process at ease.

Join the conversation with your host Lisa and co-host Dr. Lidia Martinez as we share ways to cope with the anger that comes with losing a loved one without blaming ourselves or God. Dr. Martinez is a licensed mental health counselor, a marriage and family therapist, and a certified master’s level addiction professional.
